NeuroNest is a neurodiversity-affirming art practice where people of all ages and backgrounds can explore creativity on their own terms.
Whether you thrive in quiet individual sessions, relaxed group workshops, or large community projects, I design experiences that meet you where you are—with flexibility for sensory needs, communication preferences, and movement breaks.
I welcome anyone who feels anxious, overstimulated, or unsure in traditional art settings, including autistic and ADHD individuals, homeschooled learners, students, and folks with learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, or multiply disabled identities . Sessions often center what you already love—special interests, favorite characters, or meaningful topics—as a way to deepen creative joy and expression.
